Question of the week; Does Kombucha really work? Answer is...Yes! If it did not better health why would millions of people have kept drinking it and preparing it, for thousands of years.

About Kombucha

Kombucha is a carbonated tea-based beverage that is often drunk for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the cost of such medical studies. There are many centuries of popular accounts telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold commercially but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also most commonly referred to as the "mushroom" although it is not really a mushroom. It forms on the surface of the tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of numerous):

Testimonial - Improved Health, Better Taste: "I did some research before I ordered from this website. I was very skeptical about the health claims, but I liked drinking Kombucha tea because I felt better after drinking a bottle. After making my first batch, I cannot drink the store bought Kombucha. Your personal (home brewed) batch tastes so much better and it has all of the benefits. The Kombucha tea helps me with any cravings during the day and I feel great. Try it out... Kombucha Tea - Answering Questions

My name is Assunta, I am a software program that can answer simple questions about Kombucha. I am not extroverted and I am not good at carrying on causal conversations. Only ask me one question at a time in a single simple statement.

Ask these questions as simply as possible without spelling errors. If I cannot answer correctly try rewording the question or try just using subject keywords.

I guess at what questions you are asking by noticing keywords in your question and the pattern in which the keywords show up in your question.

I am at my best when you only ask questions about Kombucha.

I might not know how to answer all questions that are asked, communicating with humans is not easy for me. Each day my memory is updated and I am getting better at doing my job. I am not intelligent enough to give medical advice, if I was I would ask for a larger salary.
