Question of the day; Does Kombucha really improve health? Answer is...Absolutely yes! If it did not better health why have millions of people keep drinking it and making it, for over two thousand years.

Description of Kombucha

Kombucha is a invigorating tea-based drink that many drink for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the expense of such medical studies. There are several centuries of popular stories supporting health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold commercially but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a spongy mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This produces the kombucha culture which is also referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not a true mushroom. It slowly grows on the surface of the fermenting tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of many):

Testimonial - Skin: "I've been using kombucha since Sept. 09 and am noticing improvements in my skin... I don't bruise as often, and my skin looks fresher. I also have more energy. I make kombucha in many flavors; using four regular green tea bags and four green tea with pomegranate or mango or other flavors. It is delicious! ...
