Need more info about Kombucha... Go to our primary web site. Question of the week; Does Kombucha Tea really work? Answer is...It absolutely does! If it did not help to improve health why have millions of people have kept drinking it and preparing it, for thousands of years. About KombuchaKombucha is a effervescent tea-based drink that is often drunk for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific data supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies or have been conducted mainly due to the expense of such medical studies. There are several centuries of anecdotal accounts supporting health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is available commercially but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a spongy mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also most often referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not a true mushroom. It slowly forms on the surface of the tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a near whitish colored pancake. Testimonial (Just one of a large number): Testimonial - Osteopenia (Bone Pain) and Heart Problem: "I was suffering from osteopenia a precursor of Osteosperosis. My pain was nothing short of unberable. I got the tea for my husband's kidney stone. We both drunk the tea and about the second day of usage I was pain free, completely. I am giving this testimonial not because I like to write "testimonials" I am extremelly busy person, but it is a matter of conscience. My husband's faulty calcium metabolism was responsible for formation of kidney stones and heart problems. To make it short, our lives had been changed in a matter of one week regimen with this tea. I drink 4 full glasses a day. My husband drinks two... E.M."
