Question of the month; Does Kombucha Tea really improve health? Answer is...Yes! If it did not help to improve health why have millions of people have kept drinking it and preparing it, for over 2000 years.

What is Kombucha

Kombucha is a effervescent tea-based drink that many drink for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the expense of such medical studies. There are many centuries of popular stories telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold in stores but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This produces the kombucha culture which is also most commonly referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not really a mushroom. It slowly grows on the surface of the fermenting tea while the tea is fermenting and looks like a near whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of numerous):

Testimonial - Colds, flu, energy, cancer: "I have been drinking Kombucha Mushroom Tea for over 15 years now. I no longer get colds or flu and my energy level is unsurpassed by any of my friends! I am healthy, happy, energetic. I LOVE THIS TEA! I am not using it to CURE anything, but I drink 16-24 ounces each day and notice a big difference if I don't drink it for a day or two. I make my own and I am very careful to avoid any type of contamination. My kids think I am crazy because of the way it smells. But it kept my DOG alive for 7 extra years (she was diagnosed with cancer!) and the vet cannot explain it! To me, it is WONDERFUL and I will drink it until the day I die!!!... P.S."
