Question of the day; Does Kombucha really improve health? Answer is...It absolutely does! If it didn't improve health why have millions of people keep drinking it and making it, for over 2000 years.

Description of Kombucha

Kombucha is a effervescent tea-based beverage that is often drunk for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the cost of such medical studies. There are many centuries of popular stories supporting health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is available in stores but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also most commonly referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not really a mushroom. It slowly forms on the very surface of the tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of dozens and dozens):

Testimonial - Skin: "I've been using kombucha since Sept. 09 and am noticing improvements in my skin... I don't bruise as often, and my skin looks fresher. I also have more energy. I make kombucha in many flavors; using four regular green tea bags and four green tea with pomegranate or mango or other flavors. It is delicious! ...
