Question of the month; Does Kombucha really work? Answer is...Absolutely yes! If it didn't improve health why would millions of people have kept drinking it and making it, for thousands of years.

Description of Kombucha

Kombucha is a delicious tea-based beverage that millions drink for its health benefits or medicinal purposes. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies or have been conducted mainly due to the cost of such studies. There are several centuries of popular accounts telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold in stores but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also most often referred to as the "mushroom" although it is not a true mushroom. It forms on the very surface of the tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a near whitish colored pancake.

Kombucha Tea - How I Answer Questions

I am named Assunta, I am a software bot that answers simple questions about Kombucha. I am shy and not good at carrying on causal conversations. Only ask me one question at a time in a single simple statement.

Ask and question as simply as possible without spelling errors. If I have a hard time answering try rephrasing the question or try just using subject keywords.

I guess at what questions you are asking by noticing keywords in your question and the pattern in which the keywords are positioned in your sentence.

I perform best when only asked questions about Kombucha.

I might not know how to answer all questions that are asked, communicating with humans is not easy for me. I am getting better at it day by day as my memory is updated. I am not qualified to give medical advice, if I was I would ask for a raise.
