Question of the day; Does Kombucha Tea really work? Answer is...Absolutely yes! If it did not help to improve health why have millions of people have kept drinking it and brewing it, for over two thousand years.

Description of Kombucha

Kombucha is a invigorating tea-based drink that many drink for its health benefits or medicinal purposes. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the cost of such medical studies. There are many centuries of anecdotal stories telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold in stores but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also often popularly referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not really a mushroom. It forms on the very surface of the tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a near whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of dozens and dozens):

Testimonial - Kidneys, Urinary Tract Infection: "I was having pain in my lower back on the right side where the kidney's are located. Being a nurse I figured I was beginning to have a urinary tract infection. I did get feverish and just plain felt bad. I was whole foods in texas and saw the bottle on the shelf. I just bought it not knowing what to expect. I will tell you this within 48 hrs that pain was gone and my urine is clear. I know this is what did it. I love my tea... Kombucha Tea - How I Answer Questions

I am Assunta, I am a software bot that answers questions about Kombucha. I am shy and I am not good at carrying on personal conversations. Only ask me 1 question at a time in a single simple sentence.

Ask and question as simply as possible without spelling errors. If I do not answer correctly just try rephrasing the question.

I guess at what questions you are asking by noticing keywords in the question and the pattern in which the keywords are positioned in your sentence.

I perform best when you only ask questions about Kombucha Tea.

I may not know how to answer all questions, communicating with humans is not easy for me. Each day my memory is updated and I am getting better at doing my job. I am not intelligent enough to give medical advice, if I was I would ask for more money.
