Want more info about Kombucha... Go to our main web site. Question of the day; Does Kombucha really improve health? Answer is...Absolutely yes! If it did not better health why would millions of people keep drinking it and preparing it, for over two thousand years. What is KombuchaKombucha is a delicious tea-based beverage that millions drink for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the cost of such medical studies. There are many centuries of popular stories supporting health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold in stores but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also most often referred to as the "mushroom" although it is not really a mushroom. It slowly forms on the surface of the fermenting tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a near whitish colored pancake. The kombucha product I purchased from you arrived promptly and the instructions given for making the kombucha were clear and direct. I am glad that I chose your company to make a purchase from and will do so readily in the future. Thanks ... T.R."
