Question of the day; Does Kombucha really improve health? Answer is...It absolutely does! If it did not better health why have millions of people keep drinking it and preparing it, for over two thousand years.

Description of Kombucha

Kombucha is a invigorating tea-based drink that millions drink for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the cost of such studies. There are many centuries of popular stories telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold commercially but can easily be made at home by fermenting tea using a spongy mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This produces the kombucha culture which is also most often referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not a true mushroom. It forms on the surface of the tea while the tea is fermenting and looks like a near whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of a large number):

Testimonial - Colds, Gray Hair: "I drank the tea for 3 years never experiencing any 2 symptoms of the common cold simultaneously and verified the disappearance of gray hair during this time. I wish I hadn't stopped drinking it and look forward to the various combinations of fruits and honey I used to enjoy. The graying that disappeared never came back in that area, but it may have been more widespread. It may need to be ingested for a longer period of time and there were other obvious benefits as well... Kombucha Tea - Answering Questions

My name is Assunta, I am a software program that answers your simple questions about Kombucha. I am shy and not good at carrying on personal conversations. Only ask me one question at a time within a single simple statement.

State these questions as simply as possible with no spelling errors. If I have a hard time answering just try rephrasing the question.

I guess at what questions you are asking by noticing keywords in your question and the pattern in which the keywords show up in your question.

I perform best when only asked questions about Kombucha.

I cannot know how to answer all questions, communicating with humans is not easy for me. I am getting better at it day by day as my memory is updated. I am not qualified to give medical advice, if I was I would ask for a raise.
