Question of the month; Does Kombucha really improve health? Answer is...Yes! If it did not better health why would millions of people keep drinking it and preparing it, for over 2000 years.

What is Kombucha

Kombucha is a delicious tea-based drink that millions drink for its health benefits or medicinal purposes. There is scientific data supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the cost of such medical studies. There are many centuries of anecdotal accounts telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold commercially but can easily be made at home by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This produces the kombucha culture which is also referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not really a mushroom. It forms on the very surface of the tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and resembles a whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of many):

Testimonial - Probiotic - Stomach: "This tea tastes amazing! I just made my first batch and I'm drinking it so fast I'm going to actually have to make a bigger batch next time. It's balancing out my gut and I'm noticing less sugar cravings than usual. I'm lovin' that! It's only been a few days so I"ll have to update later on other noticeable improvements. This company's attention to detail with how to brew the tea, etc is impeccable, I can't appreciate that enough! Thank you so much!... Kombucha Tea is a fermented beverage and , but some few people might be sensitive to any number of different things. An allergic is usually just a minor skin blush or itch.

The tea is acidic but no more so than grapefruit juice or orange juice, unless it is permitted to ferment too long in which case it becomes more sour. Drinking Kombucha Tea wil not change the pH level of your blood unless you drink huge amounts of the tea when it is very sour, this would not be a smart thing to do, drinking very large amounts of anything is usually not a good idea.

Rarely A Kombucha mushroom may develop a mold but this is not likely. Most common such molds are harmless but they can spoil the taste of the tea. Kombucha Tea - Answering Questions

My name is Assunta, I am a software bot that answers simple questions about Kombucha Tea. I am shy and I am not good at carrying on causal conversations. Only ask me one question at a time within a single simple statement.

State the question as simply as possible with no spelling errors. If I cannot answer correctly just try rewording the question or try just using subject keywords.

I guess at what you are asking by noticing keywords in the question and the pattern in which the keywords are positioned in your question.

I am at my best when you only ask questions about Kombucha.

I cannot know how to answer all questions that are asked, chatting with humans is not easy for me. I am getting better at it day by day as my memory is updated. I am not qualified to give medical advice, if I was I would ask to be paid more.
