Seeking more information about Kombucha... Go to our primary Home Page. Question of the day; Does Kombucha really improve health? Answer is...Absolutely yes! If it did not better health why would millions of people keep drinking it and making it, for over two thousand years. What is KombuchaKombucha is a delicious tea-based beverage that many drink for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific information supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the expense of such studies. There are many centuries of popular accounts telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is available in stores but can easily be made at home by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This produces the kombucha culture which is also most often referred to as the "mushroom" although it is not really a mushroom. It slowly grows on the surface of the fermenting tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and resembles a near whitish colored pancake. Testimonial (Just one of numerous): Testimonial - Acne, Skin, Energy, Depression, Hair growth, Weight, Digestion: "I'm in love with my kombucha tea! It has cleared up my acne, given my skin a beautiful glow, filled me with energy, erased my depression, sped up my hair growth, controlled my appetite, and aided my digestion. I drink 4 oz in the morning upon waking, 8-12 oz throughout the day, and 4 oz before bed. After making 1 gallon of the tea, I pour it into empthy glass Snappple bottles and store it in the fridge. I want everyone in my life to make this drink a part of their lifestyle!... K.W
