Desire more information about Kombucha... Go to our primary web site. Question of the month; Does Kombucha really work? Answer is...Yes! If it did not help to improve health why would millions of people keep drinking it and preparing it, for thousands of years. Description of KombuchaKombucha is a invigorating tea-based drink that millions drink for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific data supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the expense of such medical studies. There are several centuries of anecdotal stories telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is available commercially but can easily be made at home by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also most commonly referred to as the "mushroom" although it is not a true mushroom. It forms on the very surface of the tea while the tea is fermenting and resembles a near whitish colored pancake. Testimonial (Just one of a large number): Testimonial - High Cholesterol: "I was very pleased to find that you are still selling Kombucha. I took it for years and felt great but stopped a few years ago after listening to someones advice that I should have ignored. Kombucha is the only thing that helped my high cholesterol dropping it 40 points in a short time. I am looking forward to feeling good again. Thanks!... P.W."
