Question of the week; Does Kombucha really work? Answer is...It absolutely does! If it did not better health why would millions of people have kept drinking it and making it, for over two thousand years.

What is Kombucha

Kombucha is a delicious tea-based beverage that many drink for its health benefits or medicinal purposes. There is scientific data supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the expense of such studies. There are several centuries of anecdotal accounts telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is available in stores but can easily be made at home by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also often popularly referred to as the "mushroom" although it is not a true mushroom. It grows on the surface of the fermenting tea during the period of time the tea is fermenting and looks like a whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of numerous):

Testimonial - Fibromyalgia, Pain Relief, Energy, Sleep, Hot Flashes, Skin Tone: "I ordered my cultures late in March and have been drinking the tea since early April. Right away, I noticed that my fibromyalgia was not as bad, and that my arthritis was also less bothersome. After three months I can say that it has helped my pain level greatly, my skin is softer, my nails are smooth and have about lost the linear ridges that were in them. My energy level is way up, and I sleep like a log. I have lost 6 pounds without really trying, and, I think it is regulating my hormones. I have not had a hot flash since I started drinking the tea, and the stiff hairs that were growing on my chin are much fewer. Shoot, when I die, bury me with a gallon of this stuff. I want to pass it around to my new friends in heaven. :-) ... S.L."

Kombucha - Answering Questions

I am named Assunta, I am a software bot that answers questions about Kombucha. I am not extroverted and not good at carrying on personal conversations. Only ask me 1 question at a time within a single simple sentence.

State the question as simply as possible with no spelling errors. If I do not answer correctly just try rewording the question or try just using subject keywords.

I guess at what questions you are asking by noticing keywords in your question and the pattern in which the keywords are positioned in your sentence.

I am at my best when only asked questions about Kombucha Tea.

I cannot know how to answer all questions that are asked, communicating with humans is not easy for me. Each day my memory is updated and I am getting better at doing my job. I am not qualified to give medical advice, if I was I would ask for a raise.
