Question of the month; Does Kombucha really improve health? Answer is...It absolutely does! If it didn't improve health why would millions of people have kept drinking it and preparing it, for over 2000 years.

About Kombucha

Kombucha is a delicious tea-based beverage that is often drunk for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific info supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies or have been conducted mainly due to the cost of such medical studies. There are several centuries of popular stories telling of health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold in stores but can easily be made at home by fermenting tea using a solid mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This forms the kombucha culture which is also often popularly referred to as the "mushroom" but it is not really a mushroom. It slowly forms on the surface of the tea while the tea is fermenting and resembles a near whitish colored pancake.

I contribute that to the KT, it has also got me off POP and on to water instead, and I was also able to break my 2 teaspoon sugar habit in my coffee, now no sugar in my coffee. I also don't get colds like other people around me do... M.F."
