Question of the day; Does Kombucha really work? Answer is...Yes! If it didn't improve health why would millions of people have kept drinking it and making it, for over 2000 years.

Description of Kombucha

Kombucha is a delicious tea-based beverage that many drink for its health benefits or medicinal reasons. There is scientific data supporting health benefits but unfortunately few studies are being conducted mainly due to the cost of such studies. There are many centuries of anecdotal stories supporting health benefits attributed to the tea. Kombucha is sold commercially but can easily be prepared by fermenting tea using a spongy mass of yeast and bacteria often nicknamed a SCOBY. This produces the kombucha culture which is also referred to as the "mushroom" although it is not a true mushroom. It grows on the very surface of the tea while the tea is fermenting and looks like a whitish colored pancake.

Testimonial (Just one of dozens and dozens):

Testimonial - Mouth Sores, Stomach problems: "I have a sores on my tongue, which I suspect is tongue cancer. I have gone to the doctor, and a biopsy was done, but negative cancer. The side effects of the sores are such, that I have grumbling stomach, and a pass through the anus, which I can't control. This has improved, and the sores on the tongue are drying, since I started drinking Kombucha Tea. God is doing great in my health through his creation, KT. I thank God for this wonderful drink for saving my life in a developing nation like Papua New Guinea, where medical services are not adequate. I praise God Almighty for his grace. Love you LORD, my master... P.M."
